Terms & Conditions

1. Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years (Group A-C) or 25 years (Group D-F).
• Valid driving license held for at least 2 years.
• Passport or ID card required at pickup.

2. Insurance & Coverage

All rentals include Full Insurance (CDW) with NO excess. This covers damage to the vehicle, third-party liability, and theft.

Excluded: Damage to tires, glass, or underside when driving off-road (unpaved roads).

3. Fuel & Territory

• Fuel Policy: Return the car with the same amount of fuel as received.
• Territory: Vehicles must remain on the island of La Palma. Inter-island travel via ferry is strictly prohibited without written consent.
